A 30-year-old woman becomes the country’s youngest grandmother after her 14-year-old daughter gives birth

Kelly Healey was just 30 years old when she became Britain’s youngest grandma in August 2018. The mother of five stated that there was no need to yell at her teenage daughter, who became pregnant at the age of 14.
Kelly Healey, now 36, never imagined she’d be a grandmother at the age of 30. So the mother of five was taken aback when she learnt that her 14-year-old daughter, Skye Salter, was pregnant.
Healey said she saw no purpose in ranting at Salter, who is now 18, about safe sex and contraception. Instead, she decided to offer assistance and help her teenage daughter adjust to life as a new mother.
Salter lived in Cranford, West London, with her stepmother and father when she chose to take a digital test and found out she was pregnant in 2018.
